GIVE BLOOD SAVE LIVES MAKE A DIFFERENCE TODAY!

Blood donors are special people who help to save the lives of seriously ill patients. This site contains information for anyone who wants to give blood in South, West and Mid Wales.

Did you know? You can visit any of our blood donor sessions as long as 12 weeks has elapsed since you last donated.

You can also enrol as a donor online.

Donating Platelets -Your questions answered -How do I enrol?

Platelets are mostly needed for patients with cancer, leukaemia and emergency care and for premature and very young babies. Please click here if you would like to know more about Platelet Donation.

Do you have a story to share? We occasionally need human interest stories to highlight the importance of blood and platelet donation.

If you, or someone you know, has received blood or platelets and would like to share your story with us, we would love to hear from you.

Please email your story along with your name, age, daytime contact telephone number and area where you live to tracy.sampson@wbs.wales.nhs.uk
